Opportunity exists for the establishment of a 5-star hotel upon a prime 3.5 hectares of land at Agodi within the heart of Ibadan city. The proposed location is in proximity to Agodi Parks and Gardens and north of it lies the Cultural Centre, Mokola. Potential synergies exist for the development of a 4/5 star hotel and conferencing centre which can be connected with the ecotourism activities of the Agodi Parks and Gardens, thereby creating a vibrant hospitality and tourism hub in Oyo State. We are particularly interested in providing a home to an international hospitality brand that will be interested in having a 4/5-star hospitality and recreational facility in Ibadan.
